What Can I Expect From a Session?
Coming to do some change work with me is an opportunity for you to change a behaviour, a feeling or a way of thinking that is unhelpfiul to you in your life so that you can feel better and get on with living the life you want to live.
What Does a Session Involve?
I use approaches from NLP and hypnotherapy – sessions are talking based, designed to help you to increase your understanding of what is going on that is causing a problem. A new way of understanding why you have been unable to change it so far.
NLP hypnotherapy approaches offer a deeper understanding of how we work as human beings, in particular how we use our unconscious mind and our emotions as well as our conscious thinking abilities in making decisions.
I help my clients to make real changes in thinking and feeling, (changes which occur during the session), by helping people to discover what they are really doing at an unconscious level that is causing the problem. When you understand this, it becomes possible to make a really effective change at the right level, a change which will solve the problem. and provide you with a lasting change.
Using NLP based questions my aim is to increase your understanding of what you are doing so that you can find what it is that you really need to change, to help you to see more options and ways forward. We will look at any unhelpful beliefs or attitudes which may be getting in your way and where appropriate I will introduce you to techniques from NLP and hypnotherapy to assist you in the process of making the change you want to make.
One to one appointments are at two locations:-
2 Hour Sessions Monday – Friday are at 44 Whitchurch Road, Cardiff CF14 3UQ
4 Hour Sessions are at The Park Inn Cardiff North CF23 9XF. Appointments are available weekdays, evenings and weekends.
You are welcome to call to discuss booking a session. I won’t pressure you in any way – I will simply answer your questions so that you can make up your own mind as to whether this is right for you.
NLP Hypnpotherapy appointments:- My preferred session format is four hours – this is usually the minimum amount of time needed to make a significant change. I offer shorter sessions for those who need them.
Booking eight hours is for anyone who has a lot going on, perhaps problems or difficult feelings that are cropping up in a few areas of life or anyone who has been putting off change for a long time.

Four hour appointments work out more cost effective than using shorter sessions (of which you would need more), and with less appointment hours, you save money in the long run.
